Semuanya sih ok app nya sampai beberapa minggu terakhir ini, kalo bayar pake QR begitu diisi jumlahnya mau diotorisasi lgsg ngehang balik ke halaman Utama.

udh sebulan ini BCA gk bisa dipakai scan Qris, mendadak app nya close/muter" mulu. Udh call halo BCA disuruh reinstall app m-banking tapi udh reinstall 3x masih problem sampai skr.

Once again BCA Qris crashed upon scanning the QR. Please fix this dear app developper. My phone model is a vivo v23e. Because the Qr payment is practically useless for me now.

Interface is not good and complicate, account is linked to phone number. So if you have two sim, you re always disturbed. You have to verify your phone number by sending sms. But you can not send the sms because it s a special number. So you have to get extra pulsa just for this, can not use your SMS paket from your operator. Mandiri app is much better, fingerprint and access to everything with a cool interface

Not a good application 1) Can't see debit card transactions for more than 7 days 2) Keeps asking for pin and passwords again and again and again within same session. 3) Doesn't support fingerprint log in. 4) No english, only Bahasa. A shame that BCA accepts this as their official App. Gives a very very poor image of the bank whereas BCA is actually a good banking institution.
