Very bad after sale service, refund/return is a hassle and don't usually work. No support from Shopee. Brainless peoples... and yes I contacted help desk. Useless, hopeless, beside the matter, inventing my non reply to "dedicated team" mail that I never received! so, they cancelled my request.. very professional and clever move.. And see the robot answer I got here, exactly the kind of stupid answer from "help team".. Also, it seems very hard to have the app working in landscape mode. (tablet)

I don't know if I am the only one with this issue but 2/3 of my order will be sent back before even reaching me. It is only by checking the order status in shopee that I'll find out and it is already the 4th time that it happen. I talk with a CSR and they told me that everything will be good now so I order again and boommm same thing no order received but payment was already done because of course I don't have the COD for local items.
