I am so disappointed in this app. First of all, their customer service is absolutely awful as in its non-existent. Second local mp3 songs cannot be organised into playlists and 3rd, I'm unable to play songs offline even tho I'm an airtel thanks member and that is part of my package. Absolutely awful. Wouldn't recommend. Even worse, can't even remove multiple songs from que at once. Have to select it one by one. I loved wynk in the begging but now its a pain.

Speakers don't work when I play music on Wynk I already contacted you several times through chat, but my problem was not solved by your service providers yet. I request everybody else, not to use Wynk music app , because you won't get best listening quality on this app and won't find new songs also.

Needs telephone permission to function at all, supposedly for "seamless experience". A music app has no business demanding such a permission, and no other music app does. At least provide an option for OTP for account verification. Poorly executed.
